Shaheen Money does not collect or store your private keys, secret recovery phrase, or other credentials that provide direct control over your self-custody wallet, except where you voluntarily use an optional recovery feature that expressly requires limited encrypted backup information.

Device Information

To improve security and reliability, we may automatically collect technical information such as:

  • facilitate blockchain transactions;

4. Blockchain Information

Blockchain networks are public and decentralized.

Transactions conducted on supported blockchain networks may be permanently recorded on public ledgers that are not controlled by Shaheen Money.

Information visible on public blockchains may include:

  • wallet addresses;
  • transaction amounts;
  • timestamps;
  • transaction hashes;
  • blockchain metadata.

Shaheen Money cannot modify, delete, or erase information recorded on public blockchain networks.

Users should understand that blockchain transactions may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain regulated financial services are provided by independent Third-Party Providers.

These services may include:

  • identity verification;
  • fiat deposits;
  • bank transfers;
  • debit card funding;
  • cash pickup;
  • cash withdrawals;
  • business onboarding;
  • payment processing;
  • settlement services;
  • compliance screening.

When you choose to use these services, the applicable Third-Party Provider may collect personal information directly from you in accordance with its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

Depending on the service selected, Shaheen Money may share only the information reasonably necessary to facilitate your request, such as:

  • wallet address;
  • transaction details;
  • other information required to complete the requested service.

Shaheen Money does not control the privacy practices of independent Third-Party Providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before using their services.
